Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Developer specializing in Catalytic Infrastructure and Spatial
Planning. The role involves designing, implementing, and monitoring high-impact construction programs aligned with the
Trust’s Community Development Strategy (CDS). Reporting to the Contracts and Construction Manager: Infrastructure,
the Project Developer will coordinate, administer, and evaluate construction projects. The key responsibility is ensuring
the successful execution of infrastructure projects for the SIOC-CDT beneficiary communities.
